Advanced statistical physics

We strongly suggest the students who do not have a strong background in Statistical Physics to profit from the summer break and acquire it. Any standard Statistical Physics textbook should be helpful.

We have also prepared an exercise sheet Math Support with definitions and problems. It focuses on the mathematical tools needed before the beginning of our lectures and exercise sessions. We strongly suggest the students to work on these problems as a preparation for our course. We will not explicitly correct these exercises but we will assume that the students are already proficient at using these methods.
